This actually came up, just today. I think I handled it pretty well with this response: ”Well, at least the lesbians won’t get pregnant!”
I don’t think the other teacher was amused. I was, though.

This is the website of an educational consultant. Next Tuesday, I have to attend racial sensitivity training, ordered by my school district, based on his work. I am not certain whether or not this man will be there himself.
This was ordered because, apparently, my disciplinary referrals have been written, to a disproportionate degree, in response to misbehavior by black students....
